The base system is designed to provide any small clinic with an integrated tablet based transciption system.  The transciption system comes pre- configured for your clinic and includes a fileserver as the hub of all clinic documents and patient records, an integrated wireless network, two Fujitsu Stylus Tablets, a 18 ppm wireless HP LaserJet printer, and the LoGen Transcription Medical Management Software.

Patient Auto Check In

Patient Auto Check is an easily configured automated patient check in system capturing the patients vital information such as name, social secuity number, address, date of birth, gender, employer, location of injury, type of injury, etc.  Whichever physician is handling the patient has their information available to them in a preconfigured document on their tablet pc.

Administration

The administration system provides a convenient way for the administrative staff to quality assure documentation, send out required documentation to customers and insurers through email, update patient information, customer information, insurer information, email information, medicines, allergies, protocols, and procedures.  the administrative system comes with a Dell Workstation preconfigured for immediate use with LoGen MMS Adminstration Software.

Complete 2 Physician System

The Complete 2 Physician System provides any small clinic with all the required hardware and software to create an occupational healthcare facility that provides patients with personalized attentive care, customers with immeidate high quality feedback, insurers with well documented visits including photographs, physicians with a higher quality of life, and the clinic improved cash flow and reduced anxiety from litigation.  The system includes two tablets, one server, one administrative workstation, one wireless router, one auto check in system with a touch screen monitor and a workstation, and a high quality wireless printer.
